The Intensive Workshops are an integral part of Oficina Zero but are open to the dance and performance community with limited spots available. These workshops run for 5 consecutive days, lasting between 12 and 25 hours per week, with daily sessions ranging from 3 to 5 hours. The cost varies between €75 and €190, and they are primarily held at the ADM - Matosinhos Dance Academy, with some exceptions.
