We begin with a simple yet radical premise: we are all political bodies, and art, even in failure, must be political enough.
Our space is a laboratory for experimentation, learning, and deep listening, with a strong foundation in Contemporary Dance and the creative body. We explore artistic practices that engage with the present, with the collective, with risk, and with imagination.
At Oficina Zero, art is a process. A body in relation, a critical tool, a way of being together. We train, spark encounters, and cultivate practices that blur the lines between stage and street, technique and desire, creation and care. We invest and believe in learning through the sharing of knowledge, cultures and experience, an exchange that supports a more real, human, consistent, and mature evolution, whether physical, creative, mental, critical, or reflective. We are committed to creating, growing, and investing in the community that surrounds and sustains us.
At Oficina Zero, we question our existence and objectives daily, resisting the drift toward pre-made formats or fixed narratives.

How it started?
Oficina Zero was born from the desire to create a space where art could be more than a finished product — a space for process, for trial and error, for collective exploration. What began as a small initiative to gather artists and share practices grew into a platform for training, experimentation, and cultural dialogue. From the start, we believed in zero as both a beginning and a possibility: a point of departure where everything can still be imagined.
